Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Google fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
